Mindful Animal Owners

Hi, I’m Jackie Travis – welcome to my online sanctuary where I share everything I’m learning about taking care of my fur-family!

My pets have been there for me and my family through thick and thin – and have supported our mental health in ways that they’ll never know.

This deep sense of connection and respect made me realise that my animals have become central to me and my family mastering the art of mindfulness and “being present”.

I’d love to hear from you if you’re also on this journey – and in the meantime, I’m here to provide helpful information for dog owners, cat owners and more on how to take care of your wonderful family.
